01Accepting these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TVMamba IPTV Player ("TVMamba", "the app"), published by TV Mamba ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02What TVMamba is — and is not

TVMamba is a media player. It plays and organises content from playlists and IPTV services that you supply. TVMamba:

• does not include, provide, sell, rent or license any television channels, films, series, streams, playlists or access credentials;
• does not recommend, promote or direct you to any content provider, and is not affiliated with any provider;
• opens empty: there is nothing to watch until you add your own source.

03Your content and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the playlists, accounts and services you connect to the app, and for complying with the laws and content rights that apply to them in your country. You must only add sources you are legally entitled to access.

We may suspend or refuse distribution of the app where its use would be unlawful, but we cannot and do not monitor the sources you choose.

04Premium access, billing and trials

TVMamba offers a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial where available) and a one-time Lifetime purchase, processed by Google Play:

• Prices are shown by Google Play before you confirm a purchase.
• The yearly plan renews automatically unless you cancel it in Google Play before renewal. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policies.
• IPTV service and content are never included in any purchase.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app to access content you are not entitled to, or in breach of applicable law;
• reverse engineer the app except where the law gives you that right regardless of this term;
• redistribute the app, its branding or its assets without permission;
• misuse the local web remote — it is designed for your own private network.

06Intellectual property

The app, the TVMamba name and logo, and this website are the property of TV Mamba. The app is licensed, not sold. Third-party components are used under their own licences (see the notices bundled with the app). Content you play through the app remains the property of its respective rights holders.

07Privacy

Your use of the app is also covered by our Privacy Policy. In short: your playlists and settings are stored locally on your device, there is no viewing account, and we run no analytics or advertising trackers.

08Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Playback of any given stream depends on your device, network, playlist and provider, and is not guaranteed.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TV Mamba is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost recordings or lost access to third-party services, arising from or related to your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

10Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. The current Terms are published at this URL; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
